By installing or using CV Job Matcher, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
CV Job Matcher is a Chrome browser extension that:
- Analyzes job postings on LinkedIn
- Compares job requirements against your uploaded CV
- Provides match scores and skill gap analysis
- Optionally sends notifications for matching jobs
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
- Not use automated methods to abuse the Service
- Provide accurate information when required
4. License and Payments
Free Tier
The free version of CV Job Matcher includes limited features at no cost. No payment information is required.
Paid Tiers
Premium features require a one-time license purchase:
- Basic ($19): Unlimited scans, 2-4 hour intervals
- Pro ($99): All features, 15-minute intervals
Payments are processed by Paddle. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
5. License Keys
- License keys are for personal use only
- Each license is valid for one user
- Sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited
- We reserve the right to revoke licenses that violate these terms
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CV Job Matcher and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Service interacts with third-party services including:
- LinkedIn: We access publicly available job data. You must comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service.
- ntfy.sh: Optional notification service with its own terms.
- Paddle: Payment processor with its own terms.
We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of job matching or skill analysis
- Availability of the Service at all times
- Compatibility with all LinkedIn page formats
- That the Service will help you get a job
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CV Job Matcher be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to your data
- Any third-party conduct on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
